We absolutely loved our recent stay at the cottage in Stromness. The location was superb, just a short walk from great coffee, a pub with delicious meals, and a convenient grocery store. The cottage itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. The off-street parking right outside the door was a fantastic bonus. We appreciated the attention to detail and the warm, inviting atmosphere of the cottage. The availability of a washing machine was also a great convenience. Although the bathroom/shower was on the smaller side, it was clean and functional. The only minor drawback was the staircase to the bedrooms, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues. However, overall, our experience was excellent and we would highly recommend this delightful cottage for a wonderful stay in Stromness.

We had a wonderful stay in Stromness during New Year's. the cottage was conveniently located near a supermarket and a cute little coffee shop. There was also a useful guide left by the host that mentioned nearby amenities and attractions. the cottage itself had comfortable bedding and new electronics and fixtures. We enjoyed the cozy and private experience it provided. the owner was very helpful and hospitable, offering assistance via emails and phone calls.
The bathroom and shower were quite small, making it difficult for four adults to use comfortably. the water pressure in the shower was also not very strong.
